If you are looking for IT or office job the best would be to buy CyprusWeekly newspaper (every friday), or visit web sites:

portals: cyprusjobs, jobincyprus, cyprusrecruiter
agencies: grsrecruitment, workforcecyprus,
StaffMatters, Ap-technical

It is okay to send CV to agencies event if they do not have open positions. If that is for You - good luck! It is much easier to find IT job in Nicosia, then in Limassol, if it is okay for you to drive so far....
