I assume you mean "from Cyprus"? As far as I know all ferry services between Greece and Cyprus have been suspended (Posseidon Lines and Salamis Lines) since 2001. Only remaining option is from Girne (Kyrenia) in northern (Turkish) Cyprus to Taşucu in Turkey and travel further via Istanbul. See http://www.fergun.net/uk/index.htm for ferry timetables and prices.
