I come from EU. When we arrived at Cyprus I obtained the yellow Certificate of Registration. After how many years can I apply for Cypriot Identity Card ?

You need to visit ministry of interior to apply. Your residence permit has to be valid for at least 6 months when applying. You will need one photo, alien book, birth certificate (translated to Greek or English) passport. You will have to fill application form at the ministry office.
