It os easy - friend of mine did that last week. Basicly You should start with closing you debit/credit card. I don't know how it went with credit card, but it took 2 working days to close debit card. After that You go to any bank within the group (any Bank of Cyprus branch) and You close it - bank will give you almost all of the money left in cash - they do not return walues below 1 euro. So, it is pretty straight-forward
