Is it safe to live in Limassol?
I was thinking about moving to Limassol from UK - I now live in Manchester area. Do You think Cyprus in general is more or less safer than UK?

I consider safety as one of Cyprus main advantages. I have spend some time in UK, and believe me - Cyprus is far more safer.

it is generally safer than other European countries. They have this strange think about "home made bombs" but this is the other story...

Yes, in Cyprus if you leave your mobile in the school hall, next day you will find it, exactly there. Hmmm. Cannot say the same for many other countries I've been to.
Also, you can leave your car open, it will not be stolen etc.
